  Seller sent item immediately but unfortunately it was not regional free as advertised. Seller was remorseful and attentive. He attempted to remedy situation by sending an approved replacement that unfortunately was not regional free as free as well but was not charged. Would purchase from again. Seller is attentive and agreeable.

  The shipping and packaging and the price versus the value was fantastic. Unfortunately the item did not work but the seller refunded me the money and said I did not have to return the item. So I'm eternally grateful. I own a similar unit and I explained to him that I know exactly how to use this unit and unfortunately after thorough testing it was only giving me one channel. But just from the customer service I would do business with this seller in the future

  Great seller, items were great and he even sent an extra keyboard. One of the units even had some discoloration screen issue to which he offered a full refund and let me keep the unit as-well.
