    Unfortunately, feedback is a bit limited because Postman Pat managed to misplace the utensil set and I never received it! It looked great, seemed great value for money and I was looking forward to using it. The communication with the seller was great - the matter was investigated, result passed to me and a similar item offered. I had a look but opted for a refund - this was processed promptly. I would recommend the seller simply for the time and effort spent on resolving the problem.

    Received on time, and matching the description. Since it is a pack of 10 light bulbs, whether they all work OK won't be known for a long time, but no reason to suspect a problem. Reasonably well wrapped when delivered.

    We ordered the portable cabinet heater that arrived in good time with Royal Mail, but after unpacking it we decided tit wasn’t quite what we needed so it was carefully repackaged and returned without use. The Seller was very understanding and helpful at all times and communication through eBay was first class. Regards adeckchair

    Requested a refund as apparently the color in the appliances I ordered was damaged during transit ! They then offered different colors (possibly so I didn’t request refund before delivery time) once I asked shout a different color they said it’ll be there in two days! It’s now been three days no items have arrived also had no reply from their seller! Clearly know how to work the system with scamming people! But this time they’ve scammed the wrong person! Imagine ordering food appliances u need!
