  The item was beautiful and fairly priced, and it was packed very well by the seller. Unfortunately, it arrived completely destroyed due to mishandling by the courier. I’m giving 5 stars based on the item description, as it likely would have matched perfectly if not for the damage during delivery.   Great purchase/etc, however item was damaged during delivery. Package was very well wrapped/protected but the damage was clearly caused by a heavy drop. Contacted seller, who promptly arranged for refund of delivery costs. Great gesture and great customer service despite issue. Item was as otherwise described, and I think is good value.

  Music centre as described, offered at a great price, with fast-tracked delivery. This is a large, heavy and fragile item, however the seller allayed my concerns and meticulously packaged/labelled accordingly (an impressive sight upon delivery!) My grateful thanks for your excellent service.

  eBay estimated 2 weeks for delivery and seller estimated even longer, but they chose a great courier and it was done in under a week! Fab communication with seller and courier. Zero damage in transit. I got the confidence to buy these bookcases from the seller's clear pics and description. Really glad I did it, cos I'll never see another set like them. I'm over the moon, thank you sooo much 🙏

  Fantastic seller, highly recommended! I ordered a mirror which is always a worry but everything came perfectly wrapped & as described . The postage was free as well so great value for money . All in all a very happy buyer 😊

  Goods well packaged, exactly as per photos and description, very pleased with the item as it makes my watch look a lot more presentable and impressive in a classy looking box rather than just lying in a drawer. Fair price, as inclusive of postage. Would certainly have no hesitation in using this ebay seller again.
