    Would really recommend this seller, when I had a query about the product they responded very quickly, resolved the query in a really helpful and positive way. I have ordered several products from the seller now, they are all as described, great condition, packaged safely and delivery is very quick.     There was a mix up with my order so I only received one rather than two. However, when i I contacted the seller, they were very apologetic and immediately dealt with the issue, with the second item, arriving promptly thereafter. Good customer service!

    Shipped quickly, a pair of expanding stools that are very solid even with 100kg of me on them. The seller helpfully mixed the colours for me even though that wasn't a choice on the listing. Very good price too, will happily buy from them again.

    There was an issue with the item that I purchased; no fault of the company. I contacted them and they were amazing, immediately offering a refund or replacement item. All communications were polite and friendly. Im this particular case, I decided upon the option of the refund, which was executed promptly. I would most certainly buy from Totally Awesome Toys again.
