  The item packaging was completely beat up. It was obviously the box was damaged before shipping. The item was completely inappropriately packaged, despite the $15 shipping fee. The seller used this as an excuse to make up for the shape of the item. When I called the seller out, they became irate and responded with all caps. When I asked why I wasn’t offered an exchange, I was told it was because I “came at them” item was listed as new, undamaged, but it was anything but.

  Sorry to hear this, I offered return and full refund, however you did not do that. Sorry about the CAPS, Yes I usually use them and yes my kids and grandkids tell me that is "yelling" I assure you I was not. I can see better in caps my fault.
