  NUANCED EXPERIENCE: Seller had lowest price, shipped fast/secure, with quick communication. The Problem - Item listed as Very Good condition - they shipped me a partially broken product and then claimed ignorance (unmissable damage/broken pieces missing from undamaged package/suspicious packing suggesting seller was aware of damage), but issued refund after I brought it up. If that sounds respectable to you, then I'd recommend them.

  The disc arrived promptly and well packaged. The disc was in the condition described or better quality. The disc played perfectly with no problems. The price was right. The appearance of the product packaging was great. The seller was great. I would definitely buy from them in the future. A++ experience.

  The item arrived well packaged for shipping in a timely manner. The cake pan did not come as described. The item was listed as NEW which was why I chose this specific seller. However, the cake pan was obviously used previously as it had leftover cake residue on it (see pictures). The item was overpriced for being a USED item. I did not contact the seller for a return because I didn’t have enough time before needing to make the cake for a birthday. I will not buy from this seller in the future.

  The customer purchased a New Old Stock cake pan made in 1997. The pan had the original paper liner that had never been removed. The photos the customer provided do show a small amount of buildup, which was possibly due to almost 30 years of storage without a box or outer wrapping. We offered the customer a full refund and return label for the item since it did not meet their expectations.
