  The listing says "Used and tested". The item was Dead on Arrival and not in working order. It could have been from the fact that it was shipped in a USPS padded mailer, without an anti-static bag. Regardless, it was dead. I communicated that it was unfunctional and asked for a refund. The seller never respond directly to my messages. I paid about $40 shipped for the item, the seller initiated a refund of $3 hoping I would just accept without checking amount. Beware of this seller.

  The item was exactly in the condition as described, a great value and the shipping was super fast! The seller also carefully packaged the item to avoid damage in shipment, which I appreciated. I highly recommend this seller.

  Great deal! I’m happy! The screen got here faster than I expected! It was just what I needed and it works perfectly. It was just as described/like the pictures. Plenty of bubble wrap and cardboard to protect the screen in the box. I would def order from them again. It really helped my old thinkpad.
