  This is the worst service I have ever had from an Ebay supplier. The card was intended for my Wife's Birthday. Instead they sent me a card for 'a baby's 1st Birthday', even though the slip inside their envelope had the correct card message typed on it. I posted the card back to them with a letter explaining the problem and requesting that they send me the correct card by return of post. That was more than a week ago and still no card. My Wife's Birthday has since been and gone. Shameful!!!!

  1an1786 - This feedback is the first you have made us aware there was an issue with your order, We have had not had any messages from you and you have not opened a return request to return the incorrect card you claim to have received either, We are extremely concerned that this is the worst ever service you have received on ebay, as we cannot offer a service if we do not know there is an issue in the first place, We have sent you a message in hope to rectify any issues.
