  Great seller. I was looking at a tv power board and sent the seller a message asking if it would work for me. Seller was quick to respond to my message. Advised what I was looking at was not compatible and gave me another product they sell that was a direct replacement, Normal shipping and product arrived well packaged. Would recommend!

  Excellent customer service from this small business. They refunded our money when the product didn’t work and they were upside down with return shipping. So this left them in a position of being out the product and the shipping and returning the product on their dime didn’t make sense. They refunded our money anyway. I had to request an address to ship them back at my expense which was clearly the right thing to do. The Manufacturer is somewhat to blame by not updating the part number.
