The package was dropped off to FedEx and scanned into their system within one day. FedEx lost the package. Unfortunately I never got what I ordered, but the day I reached out to the seller to let them know, I was issued a full refund within hours. Not the result either of us wanted, but a good seller even when things went wrong.
