    Here at The Monster Merchants we specialise in the buying and selling of pre-owned wargaming miniatures, board games, role-play books, action figures and retro video games. We are based in the UK and ship orders worldwide 5 days a week Monday to Friday. We also have a retail store open 8am - 4:30pm Monday to Saturday. If you follow our store on eBay, you will see our varied selection of items, we carry many out of production pieces along with current ranges as well. If you're looking to sell or trade some of your own miniatures, whether it’s a selection of Snotlings or a complete set of real medieval armour (yep we bought that too), no collection is too big or small, so feel free to get in contact.     Everything arrived well in order and in time, the seller also had a great communication so I could gove my ID so I could pay the tax import correctly :) Also the delivery fee was perfect prices, all miniatures on sprue was exactly as shown and is in perfect condition and a good price. I recommend the seller 100%

    Shipping time was great, it took only one week, 8 days to be exact having in mind that this was overseas. Packaging didn’t get as much wrapping protection as I would wanted for this specific item, but didn’t suffer any damage thankfully. This was as described. Great value. I am very happy.

    Fantastic experience. Brilliant packaging, speedy dispatch and good price. Figure is in perfect condition. There was a factory misspack with the order, with a small part missing. Entirely no fault of the seller yet they immediately offered either a free return and refund or to keep it and take a partial refund. This is the level of customer service that's so rare to find, in person or online, and it's genuinely impressed me. 100% recommended. I'll be back again for sure. Thank you!

    Exactly as described in the listing and arriving cradled tightly in a protective bubble wrapping and came in superb condition. As the item is glass, the professional packaging is very much appreciated. A great value for this rare item. As always, a very recommended seller and store and hope to do business again.     Excellent price, great miniature and customer service top notch as always. Well packed and super fast delivery (which was free!) and detailed tracking provided every stage of postage. Miniature exactly as described, and exactly what I was looking for. 5* will buy again when the right miniatures come up.
