  Shipping was high for items and took a week to arrive. Packaging was excellent, items were as described. Was not a good value!! When I ship an item if shipping is lower than stated Issue a refund.

I am not the post office and the shipping taking one week does not seem long to me and also out of my control. To your main complaint regarding the shipping cost, the difference in what we paid is $3.39. Had you reached out to me, I would have refunded it gladly. I do sincerely thank you for your purchase.
