    Dress arrived on time and was as described by seller. The dress was packaged well and arrived in good condition. The dress was very nice and with the shipping cost was a good value. Communication by seller was great and I highly recommend this ebay seller.

    The vendor shipped quickly and product was as advertised. However, they shipped UPS which I find the worst carrier to Canada. Driver showed up with an invoice for over $50 which represented a small duty but larger brokerage fee. Driver had not way to take payment so drove off with package. It took several more days to clear and deliver. I wish USA vendors would just ship post. 90% of the time these arrive duty free.
