    There was damage to the box due to the postage. I contacted the seller and they were great about it. I requested a refund and they have told me they have done that. Really good seller to do that so quick.

    I purchased this product twice. I'm leaving one positive review and one neutral. The seller is awesome and communicates well, though sometimes, due to the time difference (UK to USA), is does take a little bit of time to complete text discussion. When I had an issue with the first purchase, the seller was willing to work with me to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the second shipment didn't go much better. I don't know if it was bad luck or what. Seller = great, Shipping = questionable.

    I think the package was held up by royal mail. After communicating with the seller the package has now arrived and i am happy everything was resolved

    Item as described, arrived well packed and on time. The hooks are a bit loose on my board although it is an authentic IKEA product so no fault of the seller, and is easily fixed with cable ties. Overall happy with my purchase 👌
