    The Surface Pro 7 and typecover arrived in excellent condition (Grade A), as described. I'm impressed with the long battery life on this relatively inexpensive used tablet. It only has a few cosmetic scratches, as I expected. I'm very happy with my purchase!

    Came with 8GB not 16GB RAM as advertised. Apparently they also consider a power supply optional and wanted it back before consider sending 8GB more RAM. The system will be of no use without a PS. I got a runaround trying to have the situation corrected, so gave up trying. Looking elsewhere from now on. I do not recommend this seller.

    Sorry to hear this, we always test these systems before shipping to avoid any problems, he claimed got 8 GB Ram! We agreed to pay or ship the memory but he got greedy and wants extra 16 gb memory for free + keep the not included power supply free and left this unfair feedback! we accept to ship the extra memory and provide shipping label to get our power supply back to be fair, we also cover all cost involved! Otherwise he get used to do this to other sellers!
