Thank you for considering Techspecialist! We are a small company based out of Orlando, Florida that sells used electronics. Our main goal is to recycle used equipment so it stays out of a landfill. We obtain an assortment of items from local schools and small businesses in the central Florida region that want their electronics, and other equipment to be reused by people who have a need for them.     I didn't get shipping, I did local pickup option upon my request and they redid the listing to allow for that just for me. The packaging doesn't apply for me as it wasn't needed. I tested item and it worked as described. Very great value to me because they worked with me a little on price and they beat all competition to help me be able to afford multiple units I need to get. Solid local company that helps keep tech out of landfills and into the hands of those who really need these items.

    The laptop was very safely packaged and arrived very quickly. Upon arrival I encountered a few minor issues with the product not performing as described which was understandable as it was refurbished. The seller replied promptly and solved the issue to my satisfaction. Would purchase from this seller again! Great items at a great value.

    Perfectly wrapped in a blanket of bubble wrap and a sea of packing peanuts. The laptop worked right out of the box which was great and it was just as described even better than I imagined. Overall great experience and I would definitely buy from this seller again. Shipping was also very fast and arrived sooner than expected. A+++

    This is the exact type of company that you want to buy from. These guys are FANTASTIC! I failed to notice that the item was pickup-only. I called, and they could not have been nicer. They packed the items up and shipped them to me immediately. Great experience!
