  I purchased a laptop from this seller and the listing stated that the device was fully functional. When I received the item, I discovered that the battery does not work, it stays at 0%, and the laptop only works when it is plugged into the power outlet. I tried to contact the seller before leaving any feedback or opening a claim on eBay, but their responses did not show any intention of fixing the issue or offering a viable solution, so I do not recommend this seller.
