  As advertised. I asked this seller to enclose the CPU in an anti-static ESD shielded bag prior to packing it in bubble wrap. I never received a reply, and the CPU was wrapped directly in bubble wrap. So far it has performed as it should, but I've no way of being certain that it was not damaged when I unpacked it.
