  Ordered this for my new bathroom but when it arrived it was the wrong colour ; it was white & not chrome . I messaged the company late on a Friday night & was amazed to get a reply right back . After sending photos to show how it arrived , it seemed that there was a 2nd box missing ? This was quickly resolved & a replacement was sent on the Monday . Very impressed with the customer service & now that it is installed it looks very good . Nice quality & not expensive either. Recommend.

  A+++++++++ seller. Arrived very quickly, well packed in a small envelope which went through my partner's letterbox and exactly as described. Look good, top quality, excellent condition, great value and just the job. We couldn't be bothered to visit and search the local DIT Megastore to try to find one. Very pleased - thank you!

  I measured an old deformed washer and it was obvious as soon as the replacement washers arrived that I had ordered the wrong ones. The seller was very understanding and helpful and when it was apparent they did not stock the actual size I needed I returned the washers and recieved a very prompt refund. Thank you. Great seller. I wouldn't hesistate to buy from them again. Highly recommended.
