The mainspring snapped and the teeth on the barrel broke off within the movement and it broke the jewel underneath the barrel in the process, I’ve contacted this seller multiple times and I get one response after i send 2-3 messages and nothing progresses This seller is bad I do not recommend at all there are better ones

They just sit in between the lugs and can fall out at any turn of your wrist! Such a rip off. And it’s a shame because the majority of the bracelet is decent enough and shipping was fast, but come on, just don’t sell it with end links shown. That was the main reason for this purchase!
