  Solid rack and fast shipping. It was packaged really well but still came with one of the corners of the top bent. I was able to get it back to shape without chipping paint so all is good

  I bougth this Rack,as it was announced that it was shipped to our location. However, after several days, the seller informed me that it was not. they refunded me all costs.

  Received in 5 boxes that were well packed and protected. Fan controller unit doesn't power on, but the rack doesn't really need it.

  Product shipped faster than expected, and much faster than competitors, not to mention cheaper. No parts were damaged during shipping. There is one piece missing for the front lock but that might not be the sellers fault. I was a little misled by the pictures, one of the reasons I bought this was for the levels and the casters, however this model does not come with any casters.
