    I e-mailed an order for three Downtown Deco kits. The package arrived within a reasonable time BUT the third item Blair Avenue Part Five was missing. In consequence, I e-mailed the vendor more than once pointing out the omission. The only response I received was a comment to the effect that all three items ordered had been sent to me. I was unable to find a UK office for ebay to explain my case and an email I sent to them received no response.
