  I would rate negative -10, fraud, and reported to the BBB, started legal claims for "unfair business practice, unclean hands, fraud, mail fraud ..." Seller lied to me and stole my property, paid item, the worst experience in 30 years on eBay. Will be hold responsible for their actions in the court of law.

  We run a wholesale and a retail operation. The watch was sold locally by our dealer. The item was never removed from eBay and then you purchased it. We have refunded you a full amount and explained the situation. We can't sell what we don't have.

  Sold me the incorrect watch. Scammed me out of paying eBay fees. Made me buy my own strap. Won’t refund me for incorrect papers ordered. Total scammer. Stay far away.

  It was an honest mistake. We did replace the watch with the correct one which was more expansive than the one we sent. We purchased the strap back that you purchased from Patek. Saved you over $3,500 and you earned $1,200 from eBay cash back. With so much satisfaction you even left us a good feedback and then replaced with a negative one. You have gained more than you have bargained for. Shame on you.
