  Fast shipping, securely packaged, appears like new condition. Installed in Dell OptiPlex 3070 and PSU works quietly. This power supply was half the cost of new one with a great value. I bought a Dell 3070 on eBay from another seller and PSU was super loud. Which wasn't stated in the listing. I finally found a seller that sells items that work as they should. I highly recommend this seller.
