  The Partridge Family was so incredible! Everything was exactly as described and was packaged very well. There was a big delay due to usps (not the Partridge family’s fault at all), so I reached out to ask about it as I had ordered for an upcoming trip. They responded very quickly and went way beyond out of their way to help me as best they could. They even went down to their local post office to ask about it for me! Their communication was incredible! I would absolutely recommend this seller!

  Item was listed complete but was missing a card and some standees, One email to the seller and they apologized for the oversight. They asked me how they resolve it and agreed to a partial refund so i could order the missing pieces form another listing. The were even humorous in their reply and refunded $5 more than I asked for. AAAA+++. Sellers like this are an asset to eBay. Thanks

  The keypad was packaged very well and everything was included that was shown in the pictures. The item shipping time was quick. I didn't expect it so soon in the mail box. Excellent customer service and communication.
