  Ordered the red adjustable coilovers for my Lexus and when they arrived they came later then the delivery date and were the wrong coilovers, I received the red with no adjustable damping and contacted the seller but no reply, had to go through eBay help center to figure out the issue but still ongoing of the process, would not recommend this seller.

  FedEx Tried to Damage this Cam, Both Ends of the box Were open and retaped to be boken open again. Don't know how, but it survived. Otherwise, Took a Long Time FedEx had it in one Depot for several days, Probably Taping Up The Package etc. Seller did everything Right, FedEx has Issues For Sure

  Parts arrived on time one of the valve covers was incorrect. Fortunately it was the one I did not need to replace so it worked out. Seller offered a partial discount, which was nowhere near what should have been discounted being that we only got half the product. It was verified through eBay that the parts would fit as well as all information was sent to the seller during purchase however, the seller did handle it quickly and the best he could so I definitely do not frown on the transaction I am

  Haven’t installed it yet, but I received it in a timely manner. Packaging was decent, but seemed to have been mishandled by carrier from condition of box. Looks as described by seller and seems to be a decent value

  This item was received well packed and protected. It didn't perform to expectations, and although the seller claimed the product was not the correct module for my engine, I believe it was and checked parts numbers etc. thoroughly. A 20% refund was offered in lieu of a long and tortuous return process. The company was not willing to send another pump complex in case the original was defective. I feel the axiom 'you get what you pay for' probably applies here.
