  Asked for an offer and the got a quick response within a few minutes. The laptop arrived super fast (1 day) after shipment and was securely packaged well as it was covered by an aluminum like bubble wrap. The laptop condition was good as it was shown in the images as well as other descriptions of the laptop were accurate. This was my first purchase from this seller and look forward to more to come.   I have to say I was very impressed by the package that was delivered today to my house, never seen anything that well packaged before. The item is absolutely gorgeous perfectly described by the seller. Cost of shipping very affordable. When I have to talk about the value for money I have to say I’m super happy.   The product I received wasn’t the one that was advertised. Company was quick to respond and issued me a refund. Very satisfied with customer service. Not satisfied with condition of product received. I understand that it was used, but the condition was dirty and dusty and not presentable. Could have cleaned product before shipping.

  Item was exactly as advertised. Condition was like new, not a scratch on it. It performs beautifully, great sound! Well packaged with bubble wrap. Only negative was USPS delivered 3 days later than originally predicted.

  Shipped fast and arrived a day quicker than advertised! ThinkPad was packed very safely and the packaging looked great. Everything was as described, the speakers worked despite the description being unsure on their functionality. Battery has lasted 6-9 hours based on use and the charger worked great. Everything is perfect, great value!
