    Shipping was fast, packaging was excellent, and item was a very good price. Unfortunately, the item came to me with issues that were not described. As a technician myself, I know how hard it can be to test everything that can happen with a laptop, especially after it leaves your care. A USB port and speakers seem to have taken damage from the shipping facility. The seller took my concern super seriously, and offered very generous ways to resolve my problem Absolutely recommend SHS!!

    Item was shipped great and came earlier than expecting, swapped into my FW13 with no issues, Case gave the old board a new home so win both in value and packaging was safe as all the components were in the case, Now the title and description did say "7" but clearly you could see in the image its a 5, BUT I knew exactly what I was buying
