  Item is as described, company leaves a lot to be desired. This was a second try to get the product delivered to the correct address order was not canceled even though I canceled it within 5 minutes of placing the order due to the wrong address. I ordered again making sure I had the correct address. They printed a shipping label and the day before it was estimated to be delivered. I contacted them because 4 days after the label was created, it still had not been shipped via USPS.

  Oil arrived as pictured & NO shipping issues. But I waz VERY disapointed wit the packaging. Package arrived "OPEN" & there waz "NO" protective Seal around tha cap the Cap to prevent tampering. THIS is NOT a good look.

  I ordered 16 oz but actually received 15.1 oz minus the weight of the container which I figure is about 2 oz. Therefore, I only received approximately 13 oz of product. I contacted the seller twice but did not receive a response. I weighed this because I have found that, sadly, today, it's not uncommon to not receive what you buy via weight. What makes it more concerning is that a seller apparently doesn't really care, otherwise, I figure they would respond.
