  Excellent service and arrived in the mail safe and secure, however the message I had received about a failed delivery, the day before, was somewhat confusing. I retrieved the requested items from the mail box today, relieved that the shoehorns arrived anyway.

  Item dimensions per visual picture was incorrect! Received a much smaller product. I cannot use them for what my project needs. Reached out to the vendor to see if they could send me the correct items per the visual picture dimensions. Was sent a screenshot of discription and was told that it was what I ordered. The resolution was to keep the items and receive a refund for $5.40 USD. That's not what I want. I want the correct size per the visual picture dimensions! I was mislead and upset.
