    The shipping took far longer than it should have, but that is not the fault of the seller. Packaging was fine. What is not fine is the item itself! I ordered a size 29 bag. What I received was a size 18!! Far smaller. Size comparison included in photos. There is also tarnish on the hardware that was not specified in the listing, or shown in pictures. Price would have been reasonable for an 18 or a 29… it at least looks to be genuine Coach.

The title showed “29,” but I did not provide the actual measurements, which understandably created the impression the bag would be larger. I take responsibility for this oversight.
