    The seller shipped my item in a priority mail box that was covered in plastic. The plastic came off during shipping and post office saw it wasn’t shipped correctly, and I was charged the overdue postage. I showed this to the seller and they immediately refunded me. The item was very well protected, sold for a great price, and was exactly like the pictures and descriptions. Overall, I would recommend this seller and I believe them to be reliable!

    Cricut Explore Air 2 was well packaged and arrived in a timely manner. However, the machine was not as advertised. The top lid does not open properly. I have to push on the back inside of the machine to completely open the top door. I sent the seller a photo of the machine. He responded by saying that he saw nothing wrong. I sent another photo of one that worked correctly. He did offer a coupon off on my next purchase. The Explore Air 2 arrived without any scratches.

    The kaleidoscope is beautiful! It is as described by the seller. It was shipped in a timely manner but it took the USPS 12 days to deliver it to me. The seller was very responsive to my communications. I will happily purchase from them again!
