  If I ever receive poor service I report it. But when I receive very good service, I also make a point of reporting it. Today I received not only good service but exceptional, on a level that I have not seen in a long time. I order 2 items, hard drives. I expect to wait 2-3 days. But no, the products arrive the very next day. Then comes surprise 2. Not only are they packaged well but exceptionally so. I shall definitely be using you again and recommending to all my friends and colleagues.

  Received the monitor that was sent via DPD, The monitor screen was broken in transit to me and had to return for a refund ...this was not the sellers fault it was well packaged. Sellers communication was great and they did send the monitor promptly.

  Pleasantly surprised and very happy with my purchase. The description of the item said that it was refurbished with some signs of use, however it appears like it's brand new. The box was sealed and contained more than advertised including a storage pouch and charge cable (like it would from new) and the speaker sounds perfect. Delivery was also very quick. I would highly recommend this seller. Thanks very much! A+++++++

  The item was unfortunately dead on arrival, although I did eventually get it working. The condition externally was excellent as described. With the initial concerns over it's functioning, we decided to return the item for a refund. Every step the seller was excellent at communication, quick and a general pleasure to deal with. Despite the refund being the outcome, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
