The postal department made a mistake in the shipping charges and the seller did not hesitate one bit to take corrective action and made an adjustment in the order. This is the way a seller should respond if the buyer is honest and above board.   The DVD that showed up did not match the description as being a Special Edition. The Seller was informed and we were refunded the full price and did not have to pay any return shipping to return the DVD. Thank you.
