  Very happy with this purchase. Seller took the time to carefully package the item to ensure it doesn't break in transit. Took a bit long to arrive but no fault of the seller.   it took a while for this to get to me, BUT it was NOT the seller's fault. IT was because of FedEx!! The seller was great with communication, the Soundbar looked great!!   I received my FBI files as expected as described and as listed on eBay, the case was in good shape the CDs were in good shape. I got to watch some of them, but not all of them so far the quality of the picture is great just like I was watching it when I was a lot youngerand thank you for this great value. I got a great deal on this set and it was packed good and the shipping was in a timely manner. I do recommend this seller and I will buy from the seller again thank you very much

  Packaged very neatly in a box with wrapping, arrived quickly and securely. Shipping costs were reasonable. Tape was priced VERY fairly. Condition is stellar—the tape plays as if it were brand new. The slipcase and tape shell are in incredible condition also. Cannot recommend this seller enough. Thank you!!

  Puppets were in good condition. The hair was a bit tangled and there were some dried leaves and a twig that I had to remove. The packaging was compact with bubble wrap to protect the items. The seller kept me posted as we were having issues with international shipping. The communication was on point and always respectful. I'm very pleased with my purchase.
