  Item came a week later, which is fine. It arrived brand new, packaged in bubble wrap. The price was extremely fair. What I didn't like is that the seller provided a fake tracking number, and when I told him the tracking number wasn't working, he said "USPS FCM letter mail (letter tracking number is not traceable)." I told him that it it would be better not to provide a tracking number at all since it doesn't work anyway.

  This is my Second order from this company, and again, very pleased with communication,shipping speed, and most importantly, product. Oh, yes, let me say, you won't get a better price, and service than right here. So much for the "big box store". I returned their stuff and purchased from this seller. Saved a bunch of $. Give them a try, you'll see for yourself.

  I ordered a 3ft USB cable from spinner stores, but unfortunately, it never arrived due to an issue with the post office losing the package. The seller was cooperative, responsive, and did their best to assist with tracking and resolution. While I can’t comment on the product’s quality or performance since it wasn’t delivered, the seller’s customer service was commendable. The situation was frustrating, but no fault lies with the seller. Marking positive due to the sellers helpful attitude.
