  Computer is as described. I would like to give four stars, except for: 1) The original power block shipped was wrong - seller immediately sent correct replacement. 2) I asked the seller twice if signature delivery was required; if so , I would need to make arrangements. Seller responded signature was not required at this purchase price. When delivery arrived REQUIRING SIGNATURE, no one was available to accept. 3) Packaging material and computer was spotted with strange, dry flaking

  We apologize for the power adapter error and the inconvenience of the signature required. Signature upon delivery was not selected, but apparently is at the carrier's discretion

  Great value and it was in good condition after shipping but i wish they were faster to respond to messages i waited for three days for them to cancel the order i think that should be faster other than that hiccup it was a good experience so yeah overall i think the seller was great and i would say to any new customers that this is a good quality reputable brand that i would trust yeah anyway this has gone on for a while i just want to see how long i can make a review so yes yeah epick qualiltiy

  Sorry for the confusion - We're not in the office on the weekends, so any orders that occur on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are addressed on Monday.

  Exactly as described. New old stock, shipped ina. Waterproof wrap which was appre rated, as it was rained on. Shipping was slower than anticipated, but the USPS is critically under funded. Not the seller's fault. Brand new in box, just as described. Excellent price for ehat I ordered as well. 10/10 thank you!

  This is a great seller! Very fast & honest communication & fixed a small error quickly & easily. It's a large PC & it was very well packed & shipped quickly enough. In my mind it was better than described. It was a great value & I appreciated them accepting my offer. I had trouble with my Wifi card working so I purchased a new one which works. This is not their fault in anyway yet they were still willing to work with me however it would be resolved. Ignore the other non-pos reviews. Not true!

  Shipping was a little delayed from the NE storms, but arrived on the last guaranteed day which was good. Packaging was an A+. Macbook was as described, possibly even better, was well taken care of! Grade A+++ Pricing. Would do business again!

  The computer arrrived as specified, well packaged and in awesome physical conditon, but unfortunately developed a problem during initial setup. Seller was helpful in trying to resolve the issue, and issued refund when our attempts failed. It's great to find sellers that make good on their items when problems occur.
