    Do not have problem with seller; BIG problem with shipper/ carrier! Two days late,package still in same place,has not moved at all,no one responds to me!!! This is really bad situation for them ,by not responding that says a lot and I "WILL" say a lot!!!!

    Item was as described, shipped promptly, and at a fair price. Packing could have been better (was in a too-large box with no cushioning material, and box got partially crushed in transit) but *seems* undamaged. Haven't installed the part in my car yet, so can't assess whether the fit is perfect yet.

    After 2 days of receiving the rolling stool two wheels broke contacted seller and sent them pictures of the damage and they gave me a full refund and allowed me to keep the product as well. Was not expecting that and it speaks highly of their customer service and work ethic. More than a 5 star rating more like 💯 star rating! Thank you and shoppers purchase with confidence 🤙🏽
