: Poor customer service from seller took ages to respond to raised issue item finally turned up had to pad £1.50 for incorrect postage it was free postage? Let’s see how long it takes to recover the extra £1.50 in had to pay! Well that better refund received, I’m not changing my review as I fell this is an actual review of the issue yes it’s sorted by it shouldn’t have happened in the first place my review stands even being requested to remove the review!!

Communication with the customer was within the timeframes eBay has set out. It wasn't late. Maybe the customer needs to educate themselves about eBay timelines properly when raising the request. Item was delivered late by RM due to some issue with postage and was delivered. Excess postage charged was promptly refunded to the customer. We did all we could within the guidelines & the time permitted by eBay. Wasn't late. Customer sadly still remains unhappy :(
