    Absolutely amazing seller. Items delivered quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately the monitors would not work with my company laptop but the seller was so helpful in trying to resolve the issues and was happy to accept the return of the monitors and issued a full refund. This is what customer service should be. Thank you

    Turned up well packaged with ample protection bubble wrap and inflated safety sleeve, got both a power cable with a VGA cable to utilise the screen. Turned up as described, on time through the post and is great value for cost.

    The two Dell monitors were unmarked and the stand was easy to assemble with all of the parts and tools included (except for a screwdriver). The parcel arrived two days earlier than expected but as it was a Saturday I was not at work and could receive, unpack, assemble and connect it to the tower within two hours. Great seller. A+++++++++

    Package arrived on time & very securely wrapped. Looked in excellent condition, was relatively easy to set up for someone not very computer savvy!! The 12 month guarantee was not in the box & we didn't receive an email but upon contacting the seller they assured me by quick reply that we did indeed have said guarantee, which was a bonus for us. So far delighted with delivery, the computer & the service provided.

    The PC was a good price, works well, is in good condition and arrived quickly. They have customer service too, I had a query about the hard drive, phoned Skytech, the person I spoke to was knowledgeable and answered my query.
