Bought the same item previously and the Item was damaged in transit, by the courier company and I informed the seller straight away with pictures. They had no hesitation in offering a refund or sending me the damaged part. I asked for the damaged part and received it later. Excellent service, great company and very happy

  The item is just as described and i’m very happy with it. The seller even sent another item when the first one was lost by Royal Mail. On a side note, this is the 3rd package i’ve had lost by Royal Mail in less than a year, via the local Sorting office and another one. The staff are always very helpful, but I wouldn’t send anything of sentimental value with RM after this. On the other hand, I would buy from this seller again!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Great transaction 5 star. Unbelievable value, advertised as used but it must has been a return as the power supply was still wrapped and the accessories are still sealed in the bag. So it's new but opened

  This was the second item purchased having been delighted with the first one received. Second item was supplied without any leads and did not work at all when powered up. Seller contacted and did best to resolve providing a replacement complete unit, but with only with 2 of 3 leads. Again once notified, seller provided partial refund to enable missing lead to be obtained from elsewhere. Cant fault the customer support but suggest that seller needs to check items being sold before dispatch.

  Not a good start, arrived with non working screen. However on contacting the seller a replacement is in its way. No need for return and seller says keep the damaged one. This doesn't happen often. The item is as described cosmetically but just don't go. Good value and appearance is as new. Can't comment on quality cuz I've not used it yet.
