  The pendant arrived fairly quickly, well protected in bubble wrap, looking like the picture. The seller was approachable and responded to questions. I would purchase from them again.

  BUYER BEWARE bait and switch. Pictured beautiful center matching stone ...sent dark matrix ridden one. Then sent item in just an envelope....an envelope with no rigid packing. Of course it arrived damaged.....bent with stones popped out. Still fighting to get at least some money refund. Refusing to do full refund and would cost more to foreign ship. They keep emailing random questions or statements but won't actually do a refund. I agreed on half but so far it's been days and they are stalling

  Earrings arrived it time but we're not the Earrings in photos they are fake Contacted seller and was offered half my money back I said no I would like to return for a full refund and Was told they could not send me a returns label As a India seller So I had to contact Ebay to step in it took a week but then Ebay gave me a full refund So buyers be aware

  Package was returned to shipper due to tariffs. They contacted me to see if I wanted the ring or a refund. I wanted the ring, so they shipped it a different way and it arrived in a timely manner.
