My last order was lost by the delivery people, Silver-Acre were absolutely brilliant, They took ownership of it, chased it, give me daily updates and after a few days resent my order while they were in communication with the delivery people. The new package came within a few days, well packaged etc. I will defiantly be reordering again as I've full confidence of their service, quality and price. Thank you

Additionally, the book was packed very well, there was packing peanuts and plastic wrap on the book to ensure no damage. Postage was quick and simple, and arrived in time. The item overall was good value for the condition and is as described on the listing!

It was in plastic envelope, inside a cardboard package, inside another cardboard package. It was rather like opening up a present, great fun! Postage was swift and arrived exactly as predicted. Excellent communication, quickly clarifying an issue PRIOR to purchases. No issues with anything, if they have what I'll want I'll be 'visiting' again.

Some of them were definitely not the high grade they had been advertised as but the seller was very communicative and offered either a return or a partial refund so I opted for the partial refund. Overall happy with the purchase.

There was a little issue with eBay alerting the seller of the purchase, but I got in touch and everything was solved immediately and the item still arrived on time and well packaged. Great, great value. Recommended seller.

The paper was folded whereas I would have preferred it to have been flat, but I do understand that that might have made the package more awkward to send. The paper was as described, good value for money. Delivery was a bit strange. I finally received the package 3 days after EVRI had advised me that it was "out for delivery", so I don't quite know why it took so long to reach the Parcel Shop.
