  The track works fine , it arrive a bit broken but honestly I didnt mind much as long the cars run normally something they do , I took quite a long time but im guessing since is a huge thing it takes time. Also love the inclusion of the Dog in the thanks letter , the packaging could be better but it works 7/10

  I am truly sorry if anything got broken during shipping. As far as the shipping goes, it did get shipped to Puerto Rico, and with Ebay‘ international policy they automatically have me ship the item to Illinois where they automatically open the box and repackage the item and ship it out to you. So that could be why it took so long on shipping.That is Ebay Policy. I do believe they do that because if they have a return, they automatically issue the buyer and the seller a refund. thanks again.

  I contacted you and told you that the item had gotten broken when my storage room got flooded. And I also told you that I would go ahead and order another one from eBay seller for free and i give you a full refund. So I can't put the order. I gave you a refund and ordered another one-off of another eBay seller and had it shipped to you. I wished ebay would allow me to show pictures because you did receive the item. So I basically gave you a the item for free for the inconvenience.
