    Item as described. Very well packaged, so everything arrived in perfect condition. Very fast shipping, with FedEx delivering 8 days after I ordered. No additional costs for tariffs or shipping that I had to pay. I'm sad that the seller had to pay the tariffs because this item was the same price as last year! Ebay rep told me that the use of speedpak means the tariffs and shipping are covered in my price...and that was true. Will buy from this seller again!!! They are the best on ebay. A+++++++

    It should be obvious that I'm located in the USA..but for anyone not sure, I just wanted to make that clear. Shipping was fast considering the custom's roadblocks in place.

    Item was advertised as open box. It appears to be new and works properly as expected. The 10 degree angle variation is quite sufficient, although, depending on the terrain, it may have to be use on top of a ball head.
