  Purchased the "Cuffs+Collar with detachable ring" April 11, 2025. Got a box on April 25, with a collar and handcuffs. Contacted seller regarding the missing anklecuffs. First, they said I made a mistake and "Cuffs+Collar" means " only handcuffs + collar." I explained how I was right based on pricing and other items directly mentioning "hand vs ankle," (not enough space for details) they said they'd send me the missing item. Today (June 7) they said the item, that I never received, was delivered

  Overall it was a decent purchase, but ordered on April 28 was delivered June 3, so tad bit slow on shipping, seems like good quality though, seller has good communication.

  The item description stated that it was made of flexible silicone. I received one made of hard plastic. I sent the seller a message but received no reply and eBay would not issue a refund or allow an exchange because I took it out of the package.

  Seller sent wrong item. Contacted and let them know. Said they would send the correct item and to keep the wrong one. I asked for tracking but never heard back from seller. 2 months later have never received correct item. Contacted seller again and was told it was shipped but still wouldn't give tracking information. Tried to return the wrong item but seller refused.

  Item was received very quickly. When I informed the seller that it has a fault, he was very fast in sending me a replacement, and providing tracking details. As such, I find the seller very good and very trustworthy. I highly recommend him and am happy to say that I will not hesitate to do business with him again.
