  The sign has a couple grammar errors. I asked the seller to please correct them. The seller simply said it was my responsibility to notice before buying. Buyer beware.

  I shipped the exact sign the buyer purchased. After they received it they decided they didn't like the wording. They messaged me: "Here's what it should read like. Disregarding this notice Will result in you being detained While we wait for law enforcement. You will be prosecuted for trespassing." There are no grammatical errors. They simple didn't like my wording.They wanted me to send another sign. I said no. You don't ask for custom wording BEFORE you make the purchase.
