    Excellent experience. Drives were well-packaged and shipped quickly. I was pleased that they arrived already in caddies so I could just pop them right in the running server and begin the array build. Price was reasonable and communication was good. This was an all-around great transaction, and I would gladly do business again.

    We paid extra for 2-day shipping but weren’t given a tracking number to check the status. Since we didn’t know where the shipment was and it took longer than expected, we ended up buying another one elsewhere. When we expressed our frustration to the seller, they immediately apologized, refunded the entire transaction including shipping, and told us to keep the drive. Excellent customer service and a great example of taking care of the customer.

    Outstanding seller! We had a slight issue with the purchase not having the correct bracket on the devices. I contacted the seller and he responded immediately, apologized, and immediately shipped out the correct replacement parts. Excellent communication through the entire process, and overall an outstanding purchase. Highly recommended seller!

    I still need to install the drives but the seller is on top of his game when it comes to customer service. I accidentally left my old work address as my shipping address. I saw it right after I ordered so I sent a message to the seller asking if the order could be sent to my home address. I heard back that unfortunately they were shipped to the address I provided but there were options to consider. I decided to just go get them. They arrived at my house 3 days after I ordered them. EXCELLENT!
