  Very pleased with the purchase I made from Scott's Model Workshop. Scott packaged the items with excellent care and protection. Product was quickly shipped with tracking. Upon opening the package one item was missing. Contacted Scott and he immediately took ownership of the situation and rectified the problem and shipped me the one missing item out at no charge to me. Scott was quick to respond. Very understanding. As before items matched photos and description exactly. Excellent job.

  Ordered item is exactly as advertised. Appears to be very good quality too. Great communication from Scott when I had a question. Very quick response despite the time zone difference of literally the other side of the world. Part is very hard to locate let alone get, so very happy to pay the postage cost (as much as the item itself unfortunately), but that's what you get from living in another country I guess! This seller (Scott) is highly recommended.
