  Wow, these folks are absolutely amazing! I ordered a used cylinder head for a Honda lawnmower. It arrived as scheduled. Upon opening the package, I realized it wasn't the correct part. Mind you, when I looked the the used parts, I thought it was brand new. Very detailed cleaning and preparation! I notified them of the issue and within 2 minutes they had contacted me with a resolution. They agreed to send me the correct one without hesitation! Who does that?! Absolutely astonishing!

  Somehow, had a mixup, sent me the wrong cord. Could not find the cord that they were supposed to send me. Ended up giving me a refund, but was on top of everything the whole time, keeping me informed, would love to do business with them again.

  Product was received early (before predicted delivery date), well -packaged and undamaged from shipment. The condition of the used and minimally damaged product was exactly as described, or perhaps even a little better than described. Altogether, a very good purchasing experience. I would buy from this seller again with some confidence based on this recent first experience.

  What I received was different from the item pictured. I received the entire front assembly including a new chuck for a newer type DeWalt hammer drill which I also have. The seller and I emailed and he agreed to refund my money but I'm satisfied with what I received as I can use it. I'll continue to look for the gear set I need for my older DeWalt drill.
